Free cancellation up to 14 days before
Cancel any time up to 14 days before your appointment and your deposit is refunded in full. Within 14 days, you may still cancel and the dates are released for rebooking — but the deposit is forfeited.

Final payment 7 days before
To confirm your order, the remaining balance is due 7 days before your appointment date. We send a reminder by email so you can complete payment from your booking page.
